1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In case of high order volumes, promotional periods, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may be slightly delayed. Customers will be informed accordingly.

2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India.
For delivery requests outside India, please contact our customer support team before placing an order.

3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines:
Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Cities/Towns: 4–8 business days
Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, festivals, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping on selected products, promotions, or minimum order values as announced on the website.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
Shipment confirmation via Email / SMS / WhatsApp
Tracking details and courier partner information
Customers can use the tracking link provided to monitor shipment status.

6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make reasonable delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to:
Incorrect address
Customer unavailable
Unreachable contact number
Refusal to accept delivery
The order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
Please inspect the package upon delivery.
If you receive:
A damaged package
A tampered package
Missing items
Please do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged, or contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

8. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Courier partner operational issues
Public holidays
Natural disasters
High-demand sale periods
Meradokan shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Meradokan is not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by:
Incorrect address
Incomplete address
Wrong contact information
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

10. Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned as undeliverable:
We may contact you for address confirmation.
Re-shipping charges may be applicable.
Refunds (if approved) may be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
